Tradervolve is a trading analysis app developed by Connor O'Sullivan. We help traders analyse charts using AI-powered tools. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your data.2. Data We Collect
We collect your email address when you create an account. We also store anonymised usage data such as the number of analyses performed, to enforce fair-use rate limits. Chart images you upload are sent directly to OpenAI for analysis and are not stored on our servers.3. How We Use Your Data
Your email is used solely for account authentication via Supabase. We do not sell, share or rent your personal data to third parties. Usage data is used only to enforce daily analysis limits and improve the service.4. Third-Party Services
Tradervolve uses the following third-party services:
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• OpenAI — AI-powered chart analysis
• RevenueCat — subscription and payment management
• Apple App Store — app distribution and payments
Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.5. Data Retention
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.6. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure authentication tokens. We do not store payment information — all payments are handled by Apple and RevenueCat.7. Children's Privacy
